Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS and all items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (With the exception of some herbs.)  All orders will receive a tracking number as well as an update when the order is fulfilled.

 

Once shipped, we cannot control the speed of the USPS.

Exchange Policy

*We do not accept returns, exchanges only

​

  • Items must be sent back within 7 full days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Grooming products, personal care, or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Items must have all tags attached.

  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.

  • Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to G&G Merchandise.

  • Exchange is done for same item only.  We will exchange for a new size!

How do I start my exchange?

  • Please email shopgngmerchandise@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

  • Please include the new size request and the tracking number for your item in the body of the email.

  • Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been worn, tampered with, or damaged.  As long as the item has followed our above criteria we will email you a tracking number for the new item.

How long will the exchange process take?

We aim to process your exchange ASAP, your exchange should be processed within 3-5 working days of receipt of item. If you have not been contacted after 7 working days of returning the item(s), please contact us with your order number.
